We don’t charge one. Co-hosting runs on a flat monthly fee plus per-visit inspection charges, not a percentage of your booking revenue.

You can be as involved or as hands-off as you’d like. We tailor the program a la carte to match how much you want to manage yourself versus hand off to us.

You can opt in or out of specific services based on what you need or desire. We also have recommended advisors for rental revenue management and enhanced marketing. 

Absolutely — generally discounts begin with 5+ properties, but we are willing to discuss any reasonable discount to earn business, especially if you refer other clients who sign up with our services.

Yes — guest communication is available as part of your co-hosting plan if you want us handling day-to-day guest questions and on-property issues. We also provide concierge guest services billed to the guest or you based on your preference and provide local discounts on many services and dining experiences.

We provide the highest level of security for your property with integrated smart locks that provide unique lock access codes valid only for the duration of the guest reservation, available upon request at a additional fee. We also have home smoking, noise monitoring, and window and door monitoring devices we can deploy to keep your neighbors and HOA happy. Additionally, we often meet third party vendors on arrival, provide access, ensure the work is completed, and secure your property when finished. Your property's security is our top priority!

Absolutely — that’s the point of co-hosting. You keep control of your listing, calendar, and rates. We handle the operational side and any other services you want.

Yes — our services work with all platforms. We support the property, regardless of the booking platform your reservations come from.
